Response to Instruction and Intervention (RtII)
Program Description
RtII is a comprehensive, multi-tiered, standards-aligned strategy that provides instruction and interventions to match the needs of students. The goal is to proactively improve student achievement for all learners. Training and technical assistance is available to school-based teams to increase their capacity to provide meaningful educational services and programs for all children in academic areas outlined in the Pennsylvania academic standards. Educational specialists can assist district personnel conduct program assessments, analyze student data, and develop a plan of action addressing curricular, instructional, and student variables.
