Organizational Leadership and Development

The Organizational Leadership and Development Division provides specialized management services to school districts in suburban Allegheny County. 

Communication Services/Public Relations  

The Communication Services Department assists with all aspects of the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic public relations campaigns using traditional and social media.   Services include the development of communications campaigns for special projects, consultation for crisis communication and media relations, and the creation of special publications. 

Evaluations, Grants and Data  

AIU's Evaluation, Grants, and Data department helps school districts leverage strengths to develop, build, implement, and evaluate dynamic educational programs, attract dollars to support those programs, and align curriculum and utilize technology to improve the efficiency of those programs.

Leadership Services  

The AIU directly assists school districts with management consultation, leadership seminars, emergency management role-alike meetings, and new superintendents support.

Legislative Policy and Advocacy  

Federal and state legislative decisions affect many of the every day activities in school districts.  The AIU stays abreast of current legislative decisions and advocates on behalf of public education.
