Thanks to Project SEEKS SES funds, the University of Pittsburgh’s Teaching and Learning Program will be holding a workshop entitled, “Leading the Way Forward Through the Power of Hope.” The workshop will be held on October 26 at the University Club from 9 am to 3 pm. Further information — including registration details — can be found here.
Led by Jamie Meade, the Vice President of Battelle for Kids, this event will focus on showing attendees “why hope matters now more than ever before – and how you can cultivate a culture of high hope throughout your education system and community.” Additionally, “participants will explore the evolving science of hope and how it’s connected to a sense of belonging in our classrooms, schools, and communities.”
