Shared Services for Schools

The AIU's Shared Services team provides tools and resources school districts can use to gain efficiencies in administrative functions. The team helps participating schools stretch their tax dollars by leveraging resources and expertise so more resources can be focused in classrooms and on students.

The AIU's shared services model delivers results by consolidating, standardizing and automating common processes performed by school districts. The model provides economies of scale (lower costs), mitigates staffing challenges, increases district capacity, and advances student-facing initiatives that promote student achievement.
